With the start of the survey season, the first fieldwork has begun both in the forest project and in Movile/Hundertbücheln. A mixed picture is emerging: on the one hand, we are documenting many remarkable species and still-intact ecosystems; on the other, increasing destruction is becoming visible — from new clear-cuts to the expansion of industrial agriculture.
We are also continuing our work on the 10% protection campaign and will be in touch again soon with further materials and updates.
